Upgrade your storage limit

All subscriptions include 5GB of storage and traffic.

If this is not sufficient, you can purchase additional storage in chunks of 25GB. You will be notified in Nexa, when you are low on storage.

How to order more storage

Ordering additional storage is done through the Platform Configuration.

Navigate to Platform Configuration - Consumption Rates & Storage

Select amount of storage needed

Drag the slider to adjust the amount of storage you need.

The storage is assigned in chunks of 25GB on top of the included 5GB from your subscription.

The change in storage will take effect immediately and can be used instant.

Payment for storage

Payment for the additional storage will follow your subscription and changed to your creditcard. For invoice customer, you will find the additional sotrage charge on you next invoice.
