Change subscription plan

At any time, you can up- or downgrade your subscription.

Changes will take effect at the end of the current term.

Navigate to Platform Configuration - Manage Subscription - Manage Subscription

Click "Manage Subscription"

We have 2 types of subscription for you to choose from: Monthly and Yearly

If you have purchased additional storage, you will see a third subscription, which is the selected type at an additional cost. This cost is the subscription + additional storage.

Downgrading from Yearly to Monthly is possible, but will only take effect after the end of the current subscription period.
