Cancel subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Navigate to Platform Configuration - Manage Subscription - Manage Subscription

Click "Manage Subscription"

Click "Cancel Subscription"

You will be notified of when the cancellation will take effect.

Click "Cancel Subscription" to confirm the cancellation.

If you clicked by mistake or regret, click "Keep Subscription"

Reactivate subscription

Up until the actual cancellation of your subscription, you will be able to reactivate your plan.

Use the "Resume Subscription" button to stay with us.

You will now be able to resume the plan you already have active or chose another plan, to take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Upgrade your storage limit
